  • Day 1: Canada - Lyon (France)

    Departure flight to Lyon.

  • Day 2: Lyon

    Arrival at the airport in Lyon and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own.

    Lyon offers a perfect mix of French charm, culture, and scenic beauty. Nestled between the Rhône and Saône rivers, the city is ideal for leisurely walks, cozy cafés, and discovering local traditions. From its lively atmosphere to its renowned culinary scene, Lyon is a wonderful destination for travelers looking to experience the authentic spirit of France.

  • Day 3: Lyon (boarding)

    After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your morning at leisure. In the afternoon, transfer to the port of Lyon to board the river cruise ship. After comfortably settling into your cabin, you will be introduced to the crew at a welcome cocktail. (Breakfast-Dinner)

  • Day 4: Lyon - Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or

    Following breakfast on board, enjoy free time this morning to continue exploring Lyon at your leisure, or choose to join an optional guided city tour ($). Discover the panoramic views from Fourvière Hill, explore the charming streets of Vieux Lyon, and learn about the city’s famous traboules which are hidden passageways connecting the historic district. The tour also includes a tasting of regional specialties at a gourmet market, such as local sausage, cheese, and wine. Return to the ship in the afternoon and continue cruising along the Saône River towards Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or.

    This evening, an included French gastronomic experience awaits in Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or at a renowned local restaurant celebrated for its refined cuisine and elegant atmosphere. Indulge in an exceptional dinner featuring carefully prepared dishes inspired by traditional French culinary artistry and fresh regional ingredients. After this memorable dining experience, return to the ship and continue sailing. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

  • Day 5: Tain l'Hermitage - Avignon

    Breakfast on board. This morning you may choose to join an optional walking tour of Cité du Chocolat in Tain-l’Hermitage ($), an interactive discovery centre dedicated to chocolate. Explore, smell and taste chocolate in all its forms while learning about the craftsmanship behind fine chocolate making at the Valrhona experience. This visit concludes with a delicious tasting.

    In the afternoon, unwind on board while cruising along the Rhône River toward Avignon, a scenic waterway known for its vineyards, rolling countryside, and charming riverside villages as it winds through southern France. In the evening, enjoy onboard entertainment before your arrival in the beautiful town of Avignon. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

  • Day 6: Avignon - Arles

    After breakfast on board, you may join an excursion to the Luberon region and Sénanque Abbey. Discover this 12th-century Cistercian abbey, still home to a monastic community, set in the heart of the Vaucluse mountains. Visit the cloister and abbey church, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this historic site. Continue with a glimpse of Gordes, one of “The Most Beautiful Villages of France” known for its stone houses and dramatic hilltop setting. Return to the ship as we begin sailing towards Arles. Enjoy some free time before an evening of entertainment on board. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

  • Day 7: Arles - Camargue - Viviers

    Begin your day with a delicious breakfast on board. This morning, embark on a tour to the Camargue ($), a vast natural region known for its unique landscapes, wetlands, and rich wildlife. Discover this traditional Provençal area, where bulls are raised and horses are trained, and visit a local manade to learn about the regional customs and heritage. In the afternoon, relax on board as you cruise through the beautiful French countryside. You will be cruising by the city of Valence, known for its cathedral, and Montélimar, famous for its nougat. 

    Tonight is the festive gala evening! While there is no formal dress code, it is a night to dress up and make the most of the celebration. The crew, all in their dress uniforms, are presented to the passengers, who are invited to have a pre-dinner drink with the captain. This evening, the chef will serve a banquet that pays a special tribute to the world of gastronomy. Dancing will follow this gala dinner in the lounge bar! This journey continues along the Rhône River toward Viviers during the night. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

  • Day 8: Viviers - The Gorges de l’Ardèche

    After breakfast, you can opt to join an enriching guided tour of Viviers ($), a charming town often described as an open-air museum. Discover its historic highlights, including the smallest cathedral in France, the House of Knights with its Renaissance-style façade, Saint Michel Tower, the Great Seminary, and a scenic overlook offering beautiful views over the town.

    In the afternoon, set out on an optional tour to the Gorges de l’Ardèche ($), a spectacular natural canyon carved by the Ardèche River. Travel by coach through dramatic landscapes of steep cliffs, deep valleys, and limestone formations, and admire the famous Pont d’Arc, a natural stone arch above the river. You will be able to enjoy panoramic views over this remarkable region before returning to the ship in La Voulte-sur-Rhône and resuming sailing toward Lyon. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

    *For guests who prefer not to participate in the tour, you can enjoy the comfort and amenities of the ship during this time.

  • Day 9: Lyon (Disembarkation)

    Enjoy your last breakfast on board before disembarking around 9 AM. Transfer to your hotel in Lyon and the rest of the day is free to continue your exploration of this incredible city.

    Lyon is a charming city known for its beautiful riverside scenery, elegant architecture, and world-famous gastronomy. You can stroll through picturesque old streets, enjoy vibrant local markets, and experience the relaxed atmosphere of one of France’s most authentic destinations. (Breakfast)

  • Day 10: Lyon - Canada

    After breakfast at your hotel, join the transfer to the airport for your flight home, carrying with you memories of a remarkable journey. (Breakfast)
