Un très beau voyage, destination exceptionnel. On a été très bien accompagné durant notre séjour par notre guide Dhia. Il connait très bien la culture, l'économie, les coutumes etc.. des émir ats arabes. On ne voit pas le temps passé en autobus entre les diverses destinations car le guide nous donnes des explications variés durant le trajet. Guide très très cultivé et toujours a l'écoute. Absolutely wonderful experience and trip! Every part of the trip went smoothly, our tour guide Muhammad was fantastic. Our group of about 30 people were given the opportunity to experience many differ ent parts of Dubai and the UAE, learning about its history and culture. Fantastic vacation!!! The trip was far better than anticipated. Nabil was our tour guide and can only offer postive comments with regards to his service. He was punctual, organised, personable, knowle dgable and his priority was to ensure his groups safety. The trip was fabulous, except for some of the check in crew at Dulles International Airport on September 23. When one of my cousins asked for a wheelchair, the employee asked her with a smirk on her face, if she is sure she needs one, although she saw her limping. She started laughing with the other employee standing next to her. Our tour guide, Sam was exceptional. He was pleasant, professional, and patient with the group. The one thing I would like to point out is the Dhow to Munsandam is not at all how it is pr esented in the brouchure. The coastline was not beautiful at all and hard to see due to the weather. The Magical Dubai tour was really fantastic! The itinerary for all the wonderful places we visited, along with the Emirates of Abu Dhabi & Sharjah, were well thought of & schedules were always adhere d to! The trip was amazing. Our tour guide Muhammad Zaman provided us with knowledgeable information about Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. His professionalism was outstanding. He had the patience of a saint because we had a few individuals who wanted things their way and couldn’t manage their time. The bus driver who partnered with Z (our travel guide as we called him) was very punctual, kindhearted and polite. After being in the dessert he made sure that the passengers had a cool bottle of water that he provided. These gentlemen deserve a 5 star rating. the transportations (pick ups from airport and hotel were good, the drivers were on time), for the tour, it would have been good if the sand dune tour on the 2nd or 3rd day instead of on the very 1st day of the trip, it was very tiring, our flight got delayed, also if the tour included Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame and future museum entrances would have been great. The Magical Dubai package was really a magical Dubai experience. There’s 20 of us in our group and 20 of us expressed that the magical Dubai package was really magical in its true sense. The organiz ation of the tour was great. The overall experience was great starting from the reservation, document completions and to the actual tour itself. The organization at destinations, hotels, restaurant, food , museums , attractions , etc were fantastic. Most especially the guide- Melandria was extraordinary smart, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and kind . The driver -Relwan was expert in safe driving, courteous, professional and also kind. We believe they made a big difference in our Dubai positive experience. We learned a lot from this trip, especially it increased our understanding of the UAE culture. The people were courteous and willing to help when asked for directions or other questions we had. Amazingly almost everyone we encountered speaks English. Moreover, the Al Danet hotel in Al In with amazing staff especially the manager who wanted to make sure we are well cared- first class act. The restaurant food in Sharjah was great and same with all the other restaurants. We ended in Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel my favorite. The concierges were very helpful.
